A13-A Giant Metaphor For Nowhere
A13
When I arrived in the U.K. the first project I chose to undertake was related to Jah Wobble's prose piece A13.
Working with Indigenous Australian Cultures and understanding the way they respond and communicate with their environment made me want to take some of this basic knowledge and relate it to a landscape in the U.K.
I had long admired Jah's piece and others he has done relating to dystopian wastelands.
It was perfect..
Thanks Jah..

Low Tide on the Grand Union Canal
'He told me that after he (Jah Wobble) finished this, he walked along the Grand Union Canal from Bethnal Green and up through the Lea Valley listening on headphones. He assures me that the music proved a very satisfactory companion, which opinion I pass on for any others considering the same walk'
